I adore these pretty solid colored slip dresses from Anthropologie. The fit is great & I enjoy all the details...the ruching, pleats, layers, & shark bite hem. This is a dress you could wear anywhere...dressed up with heels or down with Doc Martens.
This is my third color of this dress...my favorite was the burnt orange & of course, classic black is always chic.
These photos were taken right before my neck lift...& it shows.
This was my first time wearing these pink tapestry Caravaggio Fluevogs that I bought back in 2020. With sparkly gold pinstripe socks from Sock Dreams.
My make-up with this outfit included...Urban Decay eyeliner in Love Drug, Sugarpill Cosmetics eyeshadow in Fever Dream & Goldilux, Barry M Cosmetics eyeshadow in 64, Big Bang lipliner by UD, Ofra lipstick in Santorini, NYX lipstick in Fuchsia Fusion, & In A Gingersnap nail polish from Essie.
I wore this dress to go to Forward Theatre's production of Russian Troll Farm with David. It was fabulous...& the playwright was sitting directly behind us & her joy made me even happier with this fantastically funny & well written play. Back at home...I made us dinner...
David & I had tickets to see a play together, & I was lamenting the fact that I had nothing to wear (no rental dresses at home from Nuuly or Gwynnie Bee & not a stitch in my vast closet fits me)...so he sweetly stole away to Anthropologie & picked out 2 possible dresses...this is the backup dress he bought...just in case the other one didn't fit. It was pretty, but required a body that was able to go braless. Some black suede Chie Mihara shoes with gold polka dots that I found on Poshmark.
