Give me all the polka dots...& a nice grass green dress...yessss. These Unique Vintage x GB dresses never fit me well up top...the whole area to the side & above the boobs just has too much material...I'm not sure who this dress is fit to? Otherwise, I adore the flare of the skirt & the length...& the patterns are typically fun.
You can see there is too much fabric on top in back too...but breasts down, great fit.
I've had this necklace since I was in my early 20's...I just love it & don't get to wear it nearly often enough...it is round like polka dots.
My make-up with this outfit included...Urban Decay eyeliner in Electric Empire; Breakaway, Blaze, Ignite, & Baja eyeshadow by UD; NYX lipliner in Pumpkin; Bite Beauty lipstick in Toast; & Winter Holly nail polish from China Glaze.
I wore this dress to my one week (it was actually 9 days) post-op with my face lift surgeon. Some new to me shoes from Poshmark...I have plans for those Fluevog Lily Darlings...I will make them pretty again.
Dinner before a show, Sesame-Crusted Salmon with Butter & Ginger Sauce, served with Brussels Sprouts with Kimchi. I wore this dress to see Black Opry Revue at The Stoughton Opera House...every one of these artists was amazing. I would have never known about this collective if it weren't for the opera house. This touring group is constantly changing, but is always made up of Black country, folk, americana, & blues performers. So much talent.
My favorites were Lauren Napier & Jett Holden...but they were all fantastic.
I also wore this dress on another night for dinner & a show at the Opera House. This time I made 2 Milk Street recipes: Pistachio-Mint Beef Kofka, served with Soy-Glazed Braised Brussels Sprouts. The main band I saw on opening night at The Shitty Barn, Sway Wild, was the supporting act for Eilen Jewell.
Eilen Jewel, my final show of the season at Stoughton Opera House...she was spectacular...I bought all 4 of the vinyl she had for sale. Great ending to a wonderful year of music.
