I bundled up in this outfit to see a concert with Super Boo on a chilly August evening. I adore these Poppy & Bloom A-line dresses & I was particularly fond of this zentangle pattern with the coral bits. Great fit & length...lovely fabric...it's a bit thicker, as well as being lined...so this is more of a cooler weather dress. Cute poster for the show at The Shitty Barn...
Molly opened, then, Erik, on the left, played with the same band (there is a bass player that wouldn't fit in my photo since I always sit in the very front). The best part of the show was the story Chris told while he was introducing Molly (he met her while buying a guitar in Minneapolis to replace a guitar his ex-wife's father gave him that he gave up in the divorce). Molly was a bit too twangy country for us...& Eric's lyrics were terrible.
They are both highly regarded, so really, it's just us...I am sure they are fabulous.
I bought this London Times maxi from the GB shop for $20...it came to me new with tags...how crazy is that?!
My make-up this day included...Urban Decay eyeliner in Zero, UD Slowburn eyeshadow, a mixture of OCC lip tars in Electric Grandma & Manhunter, & OPI Mod-ern Girl on my nails.
I love this dress! It's so Autumnal. It's feeling very Autumnal here so I'm all about the warm tones.
ReplyDeleteAutumn is my favorite month...& all my favorite hues can be found in that season :)
DeleteHi, there! I found your blog through GB (new subscriber - so much fun!), and I'm working my way backward through your posts. Can I just say, I love your fearlessness and adorable attitude! We are the same size and similar shape, which is helpful for the clothing choices, but I'm enjoying your adventures even more. Great blog!! -Amanda
