I always want to like these quirky prints from Unique Vintage x GB, but they just don't quite get them right...Effie's Heart did umbrellas much better. The fit on these dresses are decent, but there is a bit too much fabric up top & I always end up with some wrinkles & bumps. Cute fit & flare dress, but there are a lot of better choices out there. These bright red shoes were just the right color to go with the umbrellas. I need to send all these beautiful bubbly necklaces back to Wendy to make smaller, but I can't imagine my life without them...so I keep procrastinating. My make-up with this outfit included...Urban Decay eyeliner in Sabbath, Busted & Snakebite eyeshadow from UD, MAC lipliner in Cherry, No-Tell Motel lipstick by UD, & OPI nail polish in Red Heads Ahead. I wore this dress to work & to pick up Veronika from the artist who painted her...she is stunning. She is painted asymmetrically, so while there are flames on the passenger side, there are not as many...I kind of almost always don't like it when things match. Me...David...And the dinner I made when we got home...2 recipes from Alison Roman: Skillet Chicken with Crushed Olives & Sumac, served with Roasted Broccoli & Lemon with Crispy Parmesan.
