I wore this outfit to farmers' market with Kate & MadCity Bazaar one day & on another to work & attend the first play of the season at APT with Super Boo. I know this looked like a robe to many people, but I don't care...it's gorgeous. The colors are brilliant! Had it not been so pricy, I would have purchased it...but perhaps it will end up in the shop since it's gotten such bad reviews. My only negative comment is, holy buckets...shortness! Otherwise, I loved the fit, fabric, vibrant colors, & kimono sleeves. I may have to closet this again to wear with pink teggings.
After market a few weeks ago, I stopped to check out MadCity Bazaar, a pop-up flea market that happens every other weekend. I'm a total sucker for upcycling & for pretty things to decorate the outside world. Naturally Glassy had some gorgeous stuff, the 2 pieces on the right are hanging out with my herbs & flowers. The teacup was supposed to come with birdseed...but she must have forgotten to stick it in my bag.
What are these splendid orange flowers?! Butterfly Weed? I was so intent on taking a photo, I didn't notice there was a bee in the picture. I am guessing they are native Wisconsin wildflowers as these were all over on our walk up to American Players Theatre. Our first play of the season was The Island.
This was my first time wearing this delightful floral earring & I loved how it went with the dress...
My make-up with this dress included...Urban Decay eyeliner in LSD & several different UD eyeshadows...I would tell you more, but I've forgotten. The eyeliner was a gift with a purchase I made at UD...I would have never chosen it myself, but I LOVE it! Sparkly!

  1. I can't believe that you have few comments on this blog! I absolutely love your style and fearlessness. I have been trying to convince my daughter to try Gwynnie Bee and was gratified to find so many of your outfits are via them. I will try to get her to use your link so you both win! I have just linked your blog to my Feedly so I will continue to get your new posts. Good luck in all you do! Sincerely, Jill Randy Chong

  2. I love those glass things. I'm a magpie for such pretties. The dress is really lovely too.
